Ingredients
½cupthinly sliced red onion
6ouncesdeli sliced roasted turkey
1cupshredded swiss cheese
1head romaine lettucecoarsely chopped
1applethinly sliced
4large tortillaswraps, 2 lavash breads
Dressing
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonspicy brown mustard
1tablespoonhoney
1teaspoonolive oil
Instructions
Add the red onion to a small bowl of ice water. Set aside while you assemble the rest of the filling.
In a large bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing. Add the turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce and chopped apples to the dressing.
Drain the water from the onion and squeeze dry. Add the onion to the rest of the ingredients and toss to combine.
Heat your tortillas or lavash bread in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to warm and soften. Pile the turkey mixture into the center of your wrap and fold in the edges to wrap. Serve.
Notes
You can use leftover chicken or turkey in this recipe! Just substitute about ⅔ to 1 cup shredded chicken or turkey.
