Strawberry Cheesecake Muddy Buddies

Strawberry cheesecake flavored muddy buddies with real strawberries and bites of graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 9 squares almond bark candy about a pound
  • 1 0.8 ounce bag freeze dried strawberries
  • 1 3.4 ounce box instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mini grahams

Instructions

  • Pour the cereal into a large resealable bowl or container.
  • Finely crush half the strawberries and mix them with the cheesecake pudding and powdered sugar. Meanwhile, melt the almond bark in a double boiler or in the microwave until completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted almond bark over the cereal and lightly stir until completely coated. Pour the powdered sugar mixture over the cereal. Tightly seal the container and shake until the pieces are completely coated.
  • Stir in the remaining freeze dried strawberries and 2 cups of mini grahams.
  • Store in an air-tight container.

Notes

Mini Nilla Wafers make a great substitute for the mini grahams.
