Lemonade Cider

This citrusy blend of lemonade and apple cider make an unexpectedly refreshing and easy to make drink that can be served hot or cold. Perfect for anytime of year, but especially delicious on autumn days.

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 sliced apple
  • Optional: Cinnamon sticks

Instructions

To serve cold:

  • mix together the apple cider and the lemonade concentrate in a large punch bowl.
  • Add the lemon slices and apple slices.
  • Serve with a wedge of lemon and a cinnamon stick, if desired.

To serve warm:

  • add the apple cider and the lemonade concentrate to a 5 or 6 quart crockpot.
  • Add the lemon slices and apple slices.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  • Serve hot with a cinnamon stick for garnish, if desired.
