- 2 14 ounce packages lit’l smokies
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 Tablespoons soy sauce
Mix together the sweet chili sauce, barbecue sauce and soy sauce.
Drain off any excess liquid from the Lit’l Smokies and add the Lit’l Smokies and pineapple chunks to either a saucepan or a slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the Lit’l Smokies and pineapple and stir to make sure everything is combined.
If you’re cooking your smokies on the stovetop, you’ll want to bring them to a simmer and allow to gently simmer uncovered for 15- 20 minutes.
If you’re cooking your Lit’l Smokies in a slow cooker, cook on high for about an hour and a half to 2 hours. Or until the smokies are hot and the sauce has thickened slightly. Turn your slow cooker to keep warm and serve!
