Ingredients

  • 2 14 ounce packages lit’l smokies
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  • Mix together the sweet chili sauce, barbecue sauce and soy sauce.
  • Drain off any excess liquid from the Lit’l Smokies and add the Lit’l Smokies and pineapple chunks to either a saucepan or a slow cooker.  Pour the sauce over the Lit’l Smokies and pineapple and stir to make sure everything is combined.
  • If you’re cooking your smokies on the stovetop, you’ll want to bring them to a simmer and allow to gently simmer uncovered for 15- 20 minutes.
  • If you’re cooking your Lit’l Smokies in a slow cooker, cook on high for about an hour and a half to 2 hours. Or until the smokies are hot and the sauce has thickened slightly. Turn your slow cooker to keep warm and serve!
