- 1 15 ounce container ricotta cheese
- 1 8 ounce block cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat together the ricotta, cream cheese and vanilla.
Gradually beat in the powdered sugar and pudding mix until completely blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Serve with broken waffle cone pieces, pizzelle cookies, graham crackers, strawberries or other fresh fruit.
