Chunky Monkey Chia Breakfast Pudding
Honey and peanut butter sweetened chia seed pudding layered with bananas and topped with hazelnut spread.

- 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup dairy milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 2 Tablespoons honey roasted peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 large banana
- 2 teaspoons hazelnut spread
Whisk together the peanut butter and honey.
Slowly mix the milk in, blending it well.
Add the chia seeds and mix again.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight.
Layer with sliced bananas and top with a drizzle of hazelnut spread.
