Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 21 ounce can raspberry pie filling
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Generously grease and flour a sheet pan.
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together the sour cream, water, and eggs. Stir in the cake mix until moistened. The batter will remain slightly lumpy.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the sheet pan.
  • Drop the pie filling by spoonfuls over the batter.
  • Bake until the cake springs back when touched lightly 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool on a baking rack.
  • In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Add in the milk starting with 2 Tablespoons adding more until the glaze reaches the desired consistency.
  • Drizzle over the squares.
