- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 large eggs
- 1 21 ounce can raspberry pie filling
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Generously grease and flour a sheet pan.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the sour cream, water, and eggs. Stir in the cake mix until moistened. The batter will remain slightly lumpy.
Spread the batter evenly in the sheet pan.
Drop the pie filling by spoonfuls over the batter.
Bake until the cake springs back when touched lightly 25-30 minutes.
Cool on a baking rack.
In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Add in the milk starting with 2 Tablespoons adding more until the glaze reaches the desired consistency.
Drizzle over the squares.
