Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese 2 packages, softened
  • 1/3 cup-½ cup beer or nonalcoholic beer
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bacon pieces
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the softened cream cheese, ranch packet and beer to a mixing bowl. You can start with ⅓ cup of beer, but you can add up to ½ cup. It just depends on how creamy you prefer your dip and how much beer flavor you prefer. 
  • Using an electric mixer, beat together until it’s well combined. 
  • Stir in the cheese and bacon. 
  • Serve topped with sliced green onions and bacon pieces.
