Pickle Thing Dip

- 1 2.25 ounce jar dried beef
- 6-8 kosher dill pickle spears
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
Chop up the dried beef and dill pickle spears into small pieces.
Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and dill weed until well combined. Then stir in the dried beef and dill pickles and enjoy! Serve with crackers or cocktail toasts.
This recipe will keep for several days in an airtight container in the fridge, but I like it best the day of making it.
Also, feel free to substitute your favorite thinly sliced deli meat in the place of the dried beef. Ham, turkey, roast beef, and pastrami will all work well with this dip too!
