- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 2 large green bell peppers
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 4 green onions
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayo
Julienne the bell peppers. Thinly slice the green onion and celery. Combine with the bag of coleslaw mix in a large bowl.
In a small bowl whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients until completely combined and pour over the slaw. Let sit and chill for a few hours before serving
