Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate is rich and creamy, dark and chocolatey, and of course, full of peanut butter goodness for a hot chocolate combination adults and children will love!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Add the milk to a sauce pan and whisk in the remaining ingredients.
  • Heat over medium heat whisking constantly until the peanut butter and chocolate chips have completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Do not bring to a boil. 
  • Garnish with whipped cream, marshmallows, or chocolate sauce to serve.

Notes

Microwave instructions: Please note, these instructions are for a single cup.
  1. Add the ingredients to a heat proof mug and stir well.
  2. Heat at 50% power for 90 seconds. Stir.
  3. Heat again at 50% power for 90 seconds and then stir again.
  4. Let the hot chocolate sit for a minute or two, stir again and serve.
