- 1 cup canned creamed corn
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 4 oz can chopped green chiles
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 Tablespoons chopped pickled jalapenos
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Pour the batter into your casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes or until the spoonbread is set in the center.
