Instructions
Place the ½ of the steaks in the bottom of the instant pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Layer ½ of the onion, green pepper, and chopped tomatoes over the beef. Repeat layers.
Pour the barbecue sauce over the top.
Place the lid on the instant pot and seal. Cook on manual for 25 minutes. Allow to naturally release steam for 5 minutes, then release the rest of the steam.
