For the coleslaw
- 4 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 3 apples chopped
- 3 ribs celery chopped
For the poppy seed dressing
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Toss together the apples, celery and coleslaw mix in a large serving bowl.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the slaw and combine.
*Can be made a day or two ahead of time.*
