Sriracha Shrimp Pasta Salad

  • 8 ounces uncooked pasta such as shells , rotini, farfelle or campanelle
  • 2 cups small cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 1 medium cucumber , seeded and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper , seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
  2. While pasta is cooking, in a medium sized bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Add to this the cucumber, red bell pepper, carrots, cilantro and shrimp.
  4. When the pasta has finished cooking, drain and rinse it well.
  5. Mix the pasta in with the dressing and veggies. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste before serving.
