Light, creamy and sweet, this dessert salad blends the flavor of oranges with creamy vanilla and is full of delicious Mandarin oranges and bananas.
Combine both boxes of tapioca pudding with the orange gelatin and 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and pour into a heat safe serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
Just before time to serve, fold in the whipped topping, mandarin oranges, and sliced bananas.
