Apple Crisp Chia

This apple crisp chia has everything you love about apple crisp, but in a totally guilty-free and healthy breakfast form.

  • 1 shredded Gala apple approximately 2/3 cup
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped dates
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 2 Tablespoons granola


  1. In a small bowl or mason jar, add the shredded apple, honey, cinnamon, chia seeds and dates.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour in milk and mix well again.
  4. Cover and let sit at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Top each serving with a Tablespoon of granola before serving.
